Mustad Data Protection Policy
Mustad Netherlands B.V. and its affiliates ("Mustad", "us", "we" or "our") have created this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies regarding the processing of Personal Data in the context of our global business activities. This includes the processing of Personal Data through our joint websites (as set out in Definitions below) and our mobile application EQUINET (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy provides information about the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data when you use our Services, as well as the choices and rights you have regarding the processing of your Personal Data. It explains in general terms how we seek to comply with data protection laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the European General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and national laws implementing the GDPR, as well as applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions, such as Australia and New Zealand.

Personal Data
Personal Data means any information relating to a living individual who can be identified from that information (or from that information and other information in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data
Usage Data is data collected automatically, generated by certain Services, or from the infrastructure of the Services themselves (for example, the duration of a website visit or your use of our EQUINET application).

Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
Data Controller
Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information is processed.
With the exception of certain data that you may choose to process using our EQUINET app (see below), we are the Data Controller for the processing of your Personal Data in relation to our Services.
Data Processors (or Service Providers)
Data Processor (or Service Provider) means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller.
We may use the services of various Service Providers to process your data more efficiently.

Personal Data
While using our Services, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information (Personal Data) that can be used to contact or identify you.
Personal Data that we may require includes, but is not limited to:

● Phone number
● Address, state, zip code, city, country
● Company name and job title
Other Personal Data that you may choose to process through our EQUINET App
You may choose to process certain Personal Data through our EQUINET App, such as Personal Data relating to your clients and their horses, services that you perform for your clients, appointments that are scheduled with clients or other third parties, and so on. For this purpose, the EQUINET App enables you, among other things, to import your contacts directly from your device’s phonebook into the EQUINET App. This service can be used at your sole discretion. You have control over and are responsible for the Personal Data of your clients and other third parties that you choose to process in the EQUINET App. For this category of Personal Data, you are the Data Controller and Mustad is the Data Processor (as defined in the GDPR). Our EQUINET App Terms of Use contain data processing provisions ("Standard Data Processing Clauses") that apply to our processing of Personal Data as a Data Controller.
Usage Data
We may also collect information about how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
