Clenching cutter

A tool of steel with two sides, the blade and the point which farrier use to either cut or raise clinches and to punch nails and broken stubs out of the horses hoof. The blade should be one inch wide and is placed under the clinches and then punched with the driving hammer. Known as buffer.
