Good to know

• Make sure the hoof is clean and dry before applying

• Protect the coronary band with for example PVC tape

• First wrap the hoof, then moisten the cast with a spray bottle or moist sponge (this activates the cast)

• Once activated, wrap the hoof in cling wrap
